Oh, Hello Friend Retail Shop!

Earlier last week, I asked Ryan if we could take a mini road trip to Fullerton for Danni's retail shop grand opening of Oh, Hello Friend.  He kindly obliged and I RSVP'ed within minutes.

We arrived in Fullerton at 11:30am and waited in line for about 50 minutes.  Nick, Danni's hubby, cool, calm, and collectedly handled the line that went around the block by offering complimentary beverages of Izze fruit juices and handing out swag bags to the first 100 customers.

Once we got into the shop, I went straight for the necklaces since I've been a fan of her jewelry and packaging since I first stumbled upon it on Etsy.

It took me about 15 minutes to "shop" and got in line to pay for this filigree pocket watch necklace, but as the line moved and I passed more tables with even more eye candy, I started to collect more things.

Danni and Nick also provided goodies from local vendors, a DIY station that consisted of tassel key chains, buttons, and tattoos, and a photo booth {not pictured}!

The check out line moved slowly, but only because Danni and her mom kindly took the time to talk and thank each customer for their support.

&&& below are a combination of swag goodies and goodies that the beau generously bought for me.  Luckily enough, we also got to take advantage of the photo booth before it malfunctioned.  Not pictured is a third tote bag that we got as a free gift for spending a certain amount, which I in turn gifted to the baby sister.  It read "be brave."
